課程概述

As innovation is now the most important driver of competitive success, practitioners and researchers have raced to better under innovation. This course aims to provide a strategic framework for managing technology and innovation. Specifically, we will pay more attention on the dynamics of innovation, formulation and implementation of technological innovation strategy.  

課程目標
1.To help students have in-depth understanding of the dynamics of innovation.
2.To familiarize students with how a technological innovation strategy is crafted.
3.To expose students to the well-designed processes for implementing an innovation strategy. 
課程要求
-Active and Meaningful Participation.
-Thorough understanding of textbook and assigned readings
-Preparation of short cases and by-group presentation.
-Preparation of Harvard Business School cases and write-ups.

-HBS cases: We will use some cases in this course. The majority of these are from Harvard Business School case inventory. In addition to printing fees, you are required to pay approximately @2.8 USD to HBS as reprint permit fee.
-Lecture Notes and assigned readings: These materials will be delivered to you before each session begins.
